PROPERTY REFURBISHMENT - PLUMSTEAD SE18

 

In April 2026, M Estates London’s construction division was appointed to undertake a complete back-to-brick renovation of a three-bedroom terraced property in Plumstead, South East London. Following a review of the client’s requirements, a 12-week programme was agreed for the completion of the refurbishment works.

The building project included:

  • Full back-to-brick renovation throughout

  • Internal redecoration

  • Gas and plumbing services upgraded and fully certified

  • Installation of a brand-new downstairs bathroom suite

  • Installation of a brand new kitchen and appliances

  • New flooring installed throughout

  • Existing fitted wardrobes removed to enable the fitting of new bespoke wardrobes

  • New light fittings, switches and electrical accessories installed throughout
